No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients

2 Cups Sugar
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Cups Oats

Instructions

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter in a pot on the stove and boil for 2 minutes. Pull off and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Spoon cookie-sized piles onto wax or parchment paper and eat once set. If they don’t set, refrigerate until they do.
