Ingredients
1 Cup Butter (melted)
1 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (usually two packages)
2 and ½ Cups Powdered Sugar
12 oz./2 Cups Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Stir butter, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar together. Press into a 9 X 13 pan. Frost with melted chocolate chips.
Variation: these can be made into little Reese’s balls if you would rather. In that case, just roll out balls of the peanut butter mixture, freeze/chill, then roll in chocolate.
Yield: about 2 dozen
