Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 Cup Oreo Crumbs
1/2 Cup Nuts (choose your favorite)
3 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Cup Butter (melted)
For the Cheesecake Batter:
16 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Lb. Velveeta
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Tbsp Flour
4 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tsp Vanilla
Instructions
For Crust: mix together all ingredients and press in the bottom of a 9 inch Springform pan. Put in freezer until cheesecake mix is ready.
For Cheesecake: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend/beat together cream cheese, Velveeta, sugar, and flour until smooth. Beat in one egg at a time. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until well blended and smooth. Now pull crust out of the freezer and pour batter in pan. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then put oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for another hour. Let cool then chill in fridge. Run a butter knife around the edge of the pan and remove the rim of pan. Consume!
