Brazilian Limeade Bars

Ingredients

For the Shortbread Crust:
10 Tbsp Butter (softened)
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

For the Top Layer:
14 Oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 Cup Lime Juice
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray 9X9 inch pan with oil and line with parchment paper.

For the Shortbread: Mix all ingredients together until they form a dough. Press into the pan until the dough covers the bottom of the pan evenly.

For the Top Layer: fold/mix all ingredients together until it all comes together into a thick, smooth mixture. Careful not to spill. Pour mixture over the shortbread layer and spread evenly over the top. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool, chill in fridge, and enjoy!
