Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter (softened/melted)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 and 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 and 1/2 Cups Coconut
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Nuts (I like walnuts, pecans, or almonds, or a mix)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium to large bowl with spoon until everything is well incorporated. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
ALTERNATIVE: eat the dough!!! It’s so good and it has no eggs. But in order to make it completely safe for consumption, heat the flour in a skillet on the stove until the flour is hot, or bake in the oven for a few minutes on a baking sheet.
