Ingredients
28 Graham Cracker Squares (14 whole graham crackers broken in half)
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Chopped Nuts (any kind of nuts, only if you want. They are great without nuts too!)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Get 14 graham crackers and brake them in half into 28 squares. Line them up on parchment paper in a large jelly roll pan (mine pan is 17x11in – ish and they fit perfect). Chop up desired nuts and set to the side. Put brown sugar and butter in small saucepan and melt on medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes. Take off of heat, stir in vanilla and salt, and then pour over your graham crackers. Spread it evenly over them the best you can. Bake for 9 minutes – the mixture will be completely bubbly on top. For a more crispy toffee, bake for an additional 2-5 minutes. Let cool, break into pieces, and enjoy!
