Ingredients
4 Oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Shortening (You can do butter, but I prefer shortening in this one)
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 (7 oz.) Boxes Jiffy Muffin Mix (blueberry or raspberry are the only ones I’ve tried)
3/4 Cup Flour
1 Cups White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix cream cheese, shortening, and brown sugar in a stand mixer until combined. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated. Add muffin mix and flour and mix until combined. Scoop 3 Tbsp-sized chunks of dough on to a baking sheet, a couple inches apart, and bake for around 14 minutes, or until the bottom gets a golden brown ring around it, and the top gets some golden brown spots. Enjoy!
